Your PDF Files

Uploaded PDF files are never written to disk. Processing happens exclusively in memory; as soon as processing is complete, the PDF is permanently removed from the server. Your PDF content is never shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Account Information

When you create an account, your name, email address, and bcrypt-hashed password are stored. We do not store payment information.

Usage Data

Usage statistics such as page counts processed, API call timestamps, and the associated bank key are retained linked to your account. This data is used for billing and service quality purposes.

Cookies

An httpOnly secure cookie is used for authentication. This cookie is only used to manage session state; no tracking or marketing cookies are used.

Third Parties

Your PDF content is never shared with any third party. PostHog may be used for analytics; this tool collects only anonymous page-view data.

Data Retention

When you delete your account, all your personal data and usage history are permanently deleted within 30 days.
