Scope of Service

Bank Statement Parser is an API and web service that converts text-based bank PDFs into structured data. The service is provided "as is."

Acceptable Use

You may only use the service for lawful purposes. Attempting to overload the system, exploit security vulnerabilities, or use the service in a way that harms other users is prohibited. Creating accounts in bulk via automation is prohibited.

Pricing and Billing

The free plan includes 1,000 pages of processing per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of PDFs you upload. Uploading documents that belong to others or were obtained without authorization is prohibited.

Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. SLA guarantees are only available on the Enterprise plan.

Limitation of Liability

Bank Statement Parser cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page.
